This policy explains how Nettworksy Technologies Co WLL ("Nettworksy", "we", "us") handles personal information when customers and authorised users communicate with Q-PRO, including through WhatsApp.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Q-PRO, we may process:
- your name, telephone number and business contact details;
- messages and attachments you choose to send through WhatsApp;
- message identifiers, timestamps, delivery and read status;
- Q-PRO account, order, service or support information needed to respond to you; and
- technical and security records used to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- send requested transactional notifications and respond to enquiries;
- provide, maintain and troubleshoot Q-PRO services;
- confirm delivery and maintain message history for customer support;
- prevent misuse, fraud and security incidents; and
- meet applicable contractual and legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information received through the Q-PRO WhatsApp integration.
WhatsApp and service providers
WhatsApp messages are delivered using the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Meta and other hosting, infrastructure or support providers may process information on our behalf or under their own terms. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies and agreements.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including support, security, record-keeping and legal requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
Your choices
You may stop WhatsApp communication by asking us to stop or by blocking the business in WhatsApp. You may also ask us to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your Q-PRO communications, subject to information we must retain for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
Data deletion request
To request deletion, use the Nettworksy contact page below and include the telephone number used with Q-PRO, the name of your organisation, and the words "Q-PRO data deletion". We may need to verify that you are authorised to make the request. After verification, we will delete or anonymise eligible information and confirm completion through the contact method you provide.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Q-PRO services or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
